The new Click-to-Call Experiment.
Google, an innovative search engine introduces a new option for their Adwords advertisers to reach their customers, the Click to Call ads. I came across this when I wa
s browsing through their search engine.
This feature lets the people enter their phone number in the given box and press “Connect for free” so that Google connects them directly to the business. The phone numbers are deleted after a period of time to save users privacy.
I am not sure of how much Google cost their advertisers for this service but this advertising model will surely increase the customer relationship with the business and provide a better ROI for the advertisers.
