Let me guess, you’re probably on your computer about two or three hours a day. Does that sound about right? Then again, if you work on a computer at home or in some cramped cubicle, you may spend the majority of your day on a PC. Now, all that time you spend typing, surfing, downloading, reading, and sending, I hope you’re taking some basic precautions. After all, the last thing you need is a Trojan horse or irreversible virus destroying your system. This can be a headache and a half. Not only can it ruin your work, but it can cost you your entire hard drive. That means saved material, family photos, downloads, the whole shebang. There’s no doubt you need some decent anti virus protection.

Last year I got hit hard. Not by some drunken head in a smoky bar either. I’m talking about at home in my own living room. That place where you feel safe and comfortable at all times. Unfortunately security has gone out the window when it comes to cyberspace. Or at least it seems this way at times. I was doing my usual web browsing. Just searching the net for a few new desktops to grace my computer screen. Then suddenly it happened. Just as I downloaded a horror flick wallpaper, my screen went fuzzy. What was the deal! Some dollars later, I had a fixed computer. I immediately got back online and downloaded the best free anti virus protection I could find. I continue to update once every couple weeks or so.

I hate that this is a never-ending story. Just as anti virus protection advances, the nasty viruses advance as well. Who in God’s name is creating this garbage and don’t they have anything better to do? Just a heads up; stay recent with your virus protection. Your PC or Mac is at stake.

How does a business person relate to laziness? I thought all business minded people are hardworking robots who have no room in their lives for lazing around?

Let me begin by telling you that there is nothing wrong with laziness in and of itself. Rather, working hard without direction is no different than a cow. A cow works hard in the field all day (harder than humans) but ends up in the slaughterhouse.

Human beings are naturally lazy. If we can avoid doing something we would naturally avoid doing it. We are all creatures that are motivated by one thing or another. We are also creatures of habit, clinging on the familiarity around us.

Failure is never permanent unless we believe it is. One of the reasons why people really fail in life is because they give up too soon. They throw in the towel before the final around.

When you fail in a business venture, you can always learn from it. We should even be thankful for the failure to occur because it provides the building blocks for success. For example: if you lost money in a network marketing opportunity, it doesn’t mean you learn nothing or all is lost. Your experiences learnt from network marketing has many benefits such as building your confidence, teaching you how to deal with people and you might succeed in your next business venture as a result of learning those skills.
